Richard J. Genato, M.D. is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and focuses on nonsurgical treatment of musculoskeletal and spinal disorders. He obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and attended St. George's University School of Medicine before completing his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Zucker School of Medicine's Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Roxanna Rasekhi, D.O. is a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management Physician with extensive experience treating both acute and chronic pain. She is recognized for her patient-centered approach, clinical precision, and commitment to helping patients regain function and quality of life without unnecessary surgery. Dr. Rasekhi completed her Residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she also served as Chief Resident, and her Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Mount Sinai West in New York City. She has been honored as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and Palm Beach Media Group Top Doctor multiple times for her excellence in pain medicine. Dr. Rasekhi's expertise includes advanced, image-guided procedures such as radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, nerve blocks, and neuromodulation therapies. Patrick Tyrance, Jr. MD is a Harvard trained Orthopedic Surgeon and passionate holistic health advocate. Prior to becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon, he was a former All-Conference and Academic All-American linebacker at the University of Nebraska and was drafted by the LA Rams before completing Medical School and Orthopedic Surgery training at Harvard.
